Came in to have my coat dry-cleaned, they quickly informed me that it was machine wash only per the tags on the item that I hadn't even checked. This showed me that they were incredibly honest and saved me from accidentally damaging my coat.nnThey were very responsive, professional, and quick to help. I will certainly be back to use their services in the future.

After discussions with management I was credited the additional charge that I was not made aware of so I have updated my review. I will continue to use this Company but will make sure to get full pricing up frontnn+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++nnI brought in eight dress shirts to be laundered & pressed. Without my knowledge or choice, they decided to dry clean four of the shirts & charge me ~$12 each (I think I paid less than that for one of the shirts from Kohls).nnAfter I picked up my shirts & had a chance to fully review the bill, I stopped back in & complained about the cost & asked to speak with the manager. The person at the counter was very nice & sympathized with my situation, but said she could do nothing (assume she would have been fired if she dare do something to make the situation right). She said a manager would give me a call to discuss. After ~ one week with no call back, I called them & was told that the manager & owner spoke & it was my fault as I should have known the shirt had to be dry cleaned (they were 10% spandex). I was never told of the potential exorbitant overcharge up front & they made that choice for me (Based upon the cost of the shirts I would have taken the risk or done myself). Then even when I complained they didn't even have the common courtesy to give me call. I will be taking my business elsewhere

After sixty years of hanging in a closet, I brought my wedding dress to be cleaned and boxed. They did an absolutely beautiful job and the packing was outstanding. I just wish I had done this earlier. Great service and no issues at all.

I brought in a down jacket that I could not zip to have the zipper replaced. I got a message saying that the zipper was not broken, that they'd gotten it working. When I went to pick it up, they didn't charge me anything! I expected and would have happily paid a few bucks for their time and effort. My new favorite dry cleaner!
