So this was my first time getting my nails done. I got a full set and knew I wanted a nude color. I had an appointment with Tony for 6:30pm. I got there around 6:15pm and they set me up with Leo. Leo did a great job, the shape and the length of my nails are a 10 out of 10. He would stop along the way and ask how I liked them, which I appreciated. The customer service was great, I was greeted, offered water and checked on.

I don’t know how to describe this place without completely overselling it but my experience here was AMAZING. I made an appointment for a Gel pedicure and the pedicure room was the absolute best part. Dark room with only a light above your toes, waterfall, and overall the best vibe! The chairs recline for the best back massages. I chose the gate to Heaven package which included literally everything. From hot wax, hot stones, exfoliation, oils, lotion, and what felt like an hour long massage from the nail technician. I am absolutely coming back and I can’t say enough about this place!

Pretty disappointed. I have heard amazing things about the work the folks at this place do. I made an appointment for a pedicure this morning, and when I opened the door, most of the clients were not wearing masks at all. A few employees were wearing them, but not properly. I cancelled my appointment as I didn't feel comfortable.nI understand it can be difficult to get the public (clients) to cooperate with guidelines; however, know from experiences at my hair salon that it is doable.

Had my nail appointment with Tony today. He did a fabulous job. He took his time and paid attention to exactly what I wanted. I am a very satisfied customer. They have great people working there and the atmospher is very soothing. A great place to get your nails and your pedicure done. Try it out im sure you'll feel the same way after 1 visit.

I am impressed and very happy I took the chance and made an appointment with Cassia Nail Spa. I have found my nail salon. The women there are wonderful and take good care of you with an amazing skill to their craft. The work they do is wonderful. I am thrilled. I will be back.
