This was my 1st visit to Ulta, and I was impressed!nThey have very friendly and helpful staff. I found almost everything I was looking for. They placed an order to be delivered to my door, free of charge, for what was sold out! I'll be back!ud83dude0a

Worst experience ever . I came into the store looking for help and one of the associates had to stop her story and asked me “can I help you” Since I was clearly interrupting her waiting for a good two minutes for help. This was my first big shopping trip at Ulta and while I wasn’t wearing much make up I surely didn’t looknHomeless or like a theif but this didn’tnStop them from trailing me around the store like I was stealing. But still not asking if I need help just standing there and staring at me. Jokes onnThem when I ended up spending over $100. the manager made a snide remark and told her employee to text another manager saying her left hand was itching and she would know what that meant. Not sure if this is code for they thought I was stealing but jokes on them I will be contacting corporate because they are all unprofessional and really made the experience horrible I feel bad for anyone else who shops there I will be going back to get names. Ulta may be overall a great company but this location is terrible and the employees are highly unprofessional and rude. This was at a low-volume time and there was probably only other two other customers in the store sad excuse for customer service and I will never purchase with them again.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They have unique products as well as the everyday needs. Large selection and a clinique counter. They do all beauty services in store.
