Ordered two subs from here. One sub was made to order, the other sub was missing all the vegetables as well as the mayo. I realize this place has not been open long, but the staff should be able to correctly make a sub. I will give this place another try soon, hopefully with better results.

clearly not staffed well enough to process orders correctly, or even remotely on time over the lunch hour. Always late, kitchen is a mess, and they dont get the orders correct. I do the online order / curbside pickup. Never once have they come to deliver my food curbside, I always have to go in. I usually show up 10-20min after my pickup time because I know they will be late, and its still not ready. If the management staffed the place correctly it would probably be fine.

I get the same sandwich every time, and it is always made perfect! The staff is very nice and friendly! I appreciate seeing such hard workers during these difficult times!

I was pretty excited to have a Cousin's open close by. First try. I ordered hot pepper relish on the side, (two containers) mentioned it twice. Got home and there weren't any in the bag. The subs seemed really skimpy compared to the ones we get from Germantown. We will try them again, but first visit was not too impressed.nnUpdate: Went for the second time, there was no mayo on my sub and hardly any turkey. Again, very skimpy unlike subs i have from any other Cousins. It was not good, very dry, very disappointed.

Very slow service. Once you get your food it will be made incorrectly! I have gave them multiple chances it always ends up with this result. This is a brand new location & is the worst service I have ever had at any restaurant! When you take your food back after they make it wrong the manager Nathan he gives you big attitude, rude, & is the most unprofessional manager I have ever met! I truly believe he is the biggest reason this store is ran so poorly.
