Hired Mr. Wallace to install a p-trap system under a kitchen sink, several months later leaked. He charged $1,400. Pricing was 2-3 times what it should have cost, but I was in a bind. Nearly four months later a leak developes involving what he installed causing damage. He declined to honor his original warranty or to address what is currently leaking. This guy is bad for business - DO NOT HIRE

Hired to replace a kitchen sink. Was very thorough before coming on site and asked questions that he needed answered before coming out (what kind of pipes, do shutoff valves work, etc.) and recommended a brand of faucet I should get. He was prompt and very helpful. Completed the job with expertise. Price is reasonable compared to other plumbers in the area.
Started off by offering us fish. Then quoted us $1400.00 to install a water heater. $2500.00+ later we had Shark Bite fittings in our house, the industries worst ever known fittings. Then told us we have to seal back up the insulation in the rafters and holes in the floor. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a knowen water leak and go with anyone else. Total JUNK JOB!!!!
Jeff has successfully completed several challenging jobs at our house. He does excellent work with great attention to detail. With two of the jobs he had to correct details that were not properly done when the house was built 20 years ago, highly recommended.
