Nice showers and nice place right next to park and has a gate right from your camping spot buy pass at front desk when you check in

Mark has been my realtor on two different occasions. Throughout the process he showed my wife and I multiple homes in the Heber Valley. Mark knows Midway and Heber better than anyone I know. He’s great at matching the neighborhood and type of house with what you’re looking for. I really appreciate how knowledgeable Mark is. He’s a true expert…from accurately valuating properties to the details of contracts and everything in-between. Mark is extremely open and honest about buying or selling real estate and has always put my interests first over anything else.

My wife and I were very new to the home buying experience, we had visited more than 4 realtor offices that day, none would give us the time of day, when we told them our budget. We walked in, Mark Davis sat down with us, immediately showed us some homes in our price range. Throughout the process, Mark new a lot about finance as well, and introduced us to a loan program that increased our buying power and allowed us to find new home within our new budget. Mark was honest, patient, and enjoyable to work with. To this day and always, we will consider him a friend. Thank you Mark

I am so glad to have had Mark as my Realtor. I had used this website to check out new listings. I had made Mark aware of a particular home that I had seen. While in Tennessee, he called to update me on the home I had been interested in. The listing had been improved and there was an increased amount of activity on the home that day. This was a 8:00 pm. He was able to write up my offer, send it to a Fed Ex Copy store so I could sign it and return it to him before 9:00 pm that same evening. The next day, he was able to negotiate with the seller and their agent and we were under contract the following day. There were several issues between the seller's relocation company and our lender that Mark was able to solve. He worked so well with us and the seller's agent. It was a transaction that could have been quite difficult but Mark was professional and diligent in bringing the sale closing. I continue to use this website because it is clear and posts all the listings in Wasatch County and the Wasatch Front.

Buying and selling property can be a stressful time for anyone, but with Mike and Mark's expertise and experience everything always runs smoothly. Their advice and knowledge of the local and surrounding areas has been invaluable, assisting me greatly with each new purchase. It's refreshing to do business with honest and reliable people who make themselves available 24/7. Over the years nothing has ever been too much trouble for them and I can honestly say they have gone that extra mile for me on more than one occasion. Whether I am buying or selling property my association with Mike and Mark will continue for many years to come.
