I had a wonderful haircut by Sara today, enjoyed my visit very much. Jess was there too. Lovely conversation with both. They are very particular about keeping everything clean. All of us wore masks. Absolutely awful. My fiancé got his hair cut 30 mins ago and we are on the way to go somewhere else and get it fixed!! Very uneven.. too the point where it’s so short in the front in spots and long in others. Very very disappointed. For being the owner’s daughter you would think you would do a better job. Very disappointing. I could have done better and not paid $21.. here’s to spending another $20 to get it FIXED.
I stopped into the Germantown location to ask for a donation to a local elementary school event that we are planning. Shelley was beyond helpful and more than happy to pick out products to donate. We are very thankful and beyond appreciative of the generous donation that we received. We thank you again for your generosity!
I was a walk in, visiting family and really needed to do something with my hair. Sara is very professional, knows her trade. Had a great conversation with her and my hair looks great.
