RSM took on our Association during a time of all new board members and internal conflict, plus some issues unique to our condo association. Their guidance, going the extra mile, patience and research has been invaluable. Jennifer, Jodi and Dirk work so hard to get us pointed in the right direction and keep us focused. Can't say enough about this management company! Not only are they professional, but very caring.

RSM Property Management has managed our Rainbow Lakes Condo Association for 6 years. Their professional involvement shows in every aspect. Our Building Maintenance and Landscaping been completed since we've partnered with them. Our finances are on Budget and well balanced with a healthy Capitol Reserve Fund too! They always answer the phone with a Smile. I also like that they are a local company, so if we have an issue they are nearby to help.nThanks RSM for all you do!!nRBL Board

Update July 31st: Spoke to Kelly who manages the building I live in. She did explain to me what the owners want from the property. She explained that the owners do not want to replace the trees at this time and the lawnscaper service is their choice. We did discuss at length the issues with the emergency calls I had. Kelly was courteous and gracious during our conversation. She did tell me she will address the emergency call in situation. I am satisfied that she will at least make mention of them.nnInitial post July 5th: I have lived at this rental for 10 and a half years. Each year they jack my rent. This rental company has removed 2 and a half trees from my lot. (Yes I have a half a tree in my yard.) No replacement trees. This removes the shade my house had during the summer. Twice now I have had to call the emergency number. Once for plumbing and now for air conditioning unit. No call back. No answer when I call. I'm not sure what constitutes an emergency but when my house is at 82 degrees with a dehumidifier and fans running.... to me that is an emergency. I love where I live and love my neighborhood. I pay my rent early or on time. This is a lousy way to run a business.
