I have had the misfortune of being both a customer as well as an employee and neither experience was great. Over charged for items lost and misding items... Items not actually clean after service ... Long wait for alterations and it's pretty much a hell hole to work there. I was injured at work... Which the manager knew about and they still refused to pay for my medical care because she didnt fill out any paperwork.

I went in to have my staff shirt dry cleaned and folded for a business trip. I went to pick them up and they were not folded all hung on hangers. Not the biggest deal in the world but frustrated. No apology nothing and the receipt stated to be folded. Fast forward a month I came into get a few items dry cleaned. This time EVERYTHING was folded and I didn’t ask for anything to be folded and btw you get charged more for folded items. Not happy at all. I choose not to go back for at least 6 months. I went about two weeks ago. Very nice staff person there - I told her what I just wrote. She promised me they would all be hung for me. Great!! Guess what... half hung half folded and couldn’t find one piece.nnI’m officially done using them. Not sure what’s going on there as it was great for years. I hope they can get better again as it’s super convenient for me.

This place is a joke.. Benefits stink pay stink's no eye or dental insurance 401 k stinks. Old pos truck high mileage.takes weeks to fix even a headlight. Worried about my safety every time I got in a truck. Owner talk's down to you just plan rude. If you are looking keep on looking...

Couldn't put a zero star so here it is. Took my brand new dress into get cleaned & steamed & low & behold they misplaced the dress. Noone could find it @ either location & got a huge runaround until I got angry & the young girl called the owner. Finally after 50 minutes of waiting. Owner tells me i threatened her with violence & she was scared but nowhere in that angry rant did i threaten her. She's a young kid & just needed some answers. Well the owner finally found it but after 24 hrs it still wasn't steamed. Asked me if I wanted to wait another 30 minutes & absolutely not & didn't have to pay for it cuz it wasn't finished. Terrible attitude from the owner who could see i was upset. Will never take anything there again. Thanks for nothing
