Holly did my hair and I was sonpleased. She gave me a very current style and was very adept with a scissors. She was friendly, professional, sweet. She treated me as though I were a valued long- standing customer, though I had not been there for several years. I am looking forward to my next appointment with Holly. In all fairness to others, I have to say that every stylist working today seemed to be equally as friendly and professional. The shop was very clean, organized and well-managed! Holly is an artist with her scissors. I trust her to do whatever she feels would be appropriate for me. She NEVER dissappoints! Today she gave me so much time, answering all my questions/ concerns regarding hair color and styling. What comes after AWESOME? That word belongs to Holly and West Bend Cost Cutters. So well managed!
