Day one after the service, I'm very happy to report that their method of cleaning the ducts does not make a mess of the house. They were deliberate in keeping our house as clean as possible with methods like putting a clean carpet under where their vacuum is sitting ...etc. The attention to details is what impressed me. For example, although I offered them to take a lunch, they were very professional about it and kept their duration in our house to a minimum.
This is our first experience with Master Services - a Fall furnace inspection - Danny C. was our representative. He is knowledgeable, courteous, thorough, clean, and efficient.nDanny inspected our older furnace, pointing out that there were some areas to be attentive to going forward, though no major issues at the moment. He pointed out the hot spots in the heat-exchanger that need to be monitored. He also tested the capacitors on the blowers to ensure they were performing within standard. He also tested pressures. Finally he rewired our whole house humidifier so that it works only when the furnace is on - which will save us on electric costs this winter.nDanny told us they had all the parts we might need in every Master Services truck, so that no matter what we might need, there would be little chance that any modest repair could be done with one visit by any of the representatives.nWe strongly recommend you consider Master Services of Lake Geneva when you are looking for a great value, prompt, professional service by people who are thoughtful and respectful throughout the visit.
My service technicians name was Dan. I found him to be knowledgeable and pleasant and hard-working. He answered all the questions I had about what he was doing in about the company. I would strongly recommend this organization to anyone in the area. I even purchased an additional program that was referred to as the club. I can’t say thank you enough and I look forward to seeing you again.
Jason was very professional, informative and will to adapt to the situation. He went out of his way to complete the job after finding that another part needed to be ordered. Very personable. It was great having him as my technician.
