Absolutely terrible job on my Dress Blue Coat. Charged me for but didn't actually dry clean it. Looks terrible and wrinkled. Wish I could post a photo
One star is generous.... very disappointing service and could be the worst I've experienced. I wanted to use a local shop but after the experience and dishonesty, I won’t be going back.
I went at 6:10 pm and she close at 7 pm and she don't open that door for me.
First time at this cleaners brought in a few shirts pointed out a spot that couldn't get out. That was fine but also dropped off a DB purse I asked to be spot cleaned. When I went back to pick up the purse the dye had leaked all over the purse and was completely discolored. The lady was rude said they we're not responsible and they don't do spot cleaning which I was not told when I dropped off purse. And on top of that told me I still had to pay the 20 some dollars for ruining my purse. I told them keep it and never went back. Wish I would have read reviews before. Save yourself a headache and go a block north to a friendly less expensive cleaners!
Been a customer for years. Never a problem.
