Made appointments yesterday for my daughter's birthday today. She wanted a manicure to get pampered... We came in & she had all 3 of us scheduled for the same time slot all with her. Then my daughter's "manicure" was: remove old polish, soak nails, file nails and polish them... WHERE'S THE MANICURE? (the other 2 of us canceled!)
Will never come back here again.
Had an appointment and showed up on time. The worker who started working on my nails ( just glued the tips on my nails and then proceeded to trim them to my liking) she left me multiple times to finish another customers manicure and then started doing another clients pedicure. I'm not happy with how my nails turned out especially for paying $30 and the service.

I went in for a first time appointment and she did amazing on my nails! This is after a week, and I'm pretty hard on my nails as I work with my hands, and they still look amazing, the prices are very reasonable as well. I will definitely be going back.
