I called ahead and told they stylist I needed a color. I showed up and the stylist was at lunch. I sat for 40 minutes waiting for her to show up. She sat me down and I told her the color I wanted. She said “oh I don’t have time for that. I thought you just needed a haircut.” Nope. I told her on the phone I needed a color. I told her I had waited for her a long time. She didn’t care. You would think she would try her best to make it work, the person in your chair should be your #1 priority. So disappointing.
Went in for highlights and got my hair lightened maybe one shade in HUGE spots of caramel. I was told it was my fault for a box color, however my color was from a salon 2.5 months ago before my wedding. I asked for a trim (with my current layers) and got one solid across line with no movement at all. I was so upset and disappointed and then got charged an extra 10 for her to run a straighter through my hair before going out for the night. It ended up costing me over $100, I had to go pay to have my hair re-lightened and trimmed at a different salon. Definitely will not be returning
this place TRASH. I got my eyebrows waxed here and they are the worst i’ve ever seen them, i got home and started crying because of how bad they were. If i could give this place no stars I most definitely would.
