Staff were incredibly helpful and kind however the spa itself is in need of a renovation and lacks the peaceful luxury you expect with a spa experience. The waiting area is not a separate room but is actually in the entrance to the spa where people come in and out while you are sitting in a robe. The music is from a top ten radio station with bright lights and staff talking between themselves and coming in and out wheeling large plastic tubs full of towels. The carpet is worn, the doors and walls need painting and the ceiling had water stains here and there. The nail area had a dirty curtain covering a cabinet area and the choice of polish was seriously lacking. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

Fantastic. Front desk was so kind and personable. The staff made a first time spa experience very comforting! Wrap was awesome with the added head and facial massage. Will definitely be back!
