Terrible! I lived there 8 years. When I moved out the carpet was 16 years old. I was sent a bill to cover the cost of new carpet for the whole apartment when I moved out.

We have only been living here for a few months and already want to move out! We were told that there hadn't been any noise complaints from anyone and I have been tempted to call the cops for noise. You try calling the lady on duty and she wants you to take care of the problem. We did not do a pre-move in check list and we had a few broken items before moving in that the maintenance guy had to come fix right away. The management seems to be organized and will say anything to get you to move in and then you find out after you've signed the lease that it was all a lie. While the furnishings are nicely done the build of the units was poorly constructed and I do not recommend living here.
