Locally owned sub shop. Consistantly good,fresh product. Very clean, can't go wrong here. Friendly staff everyone pleasant and geared towards customer sevice. Support local business!
We ordered three sandwiches and two (to-go) fries this evening. We got home and wolfed down every bit. The sandwiches were great! Thank you!!
Worst cousins experience I have ever had. I have gone to several from West Bend to New Berlin all great service this one can't even put all ingredients listed on sub, let alone proper amount more like gives u almost empty bun. Ordered to go, got home opened sub opened pathetic sub (which I have ordered at other locations with good results) called location got a kind of sucks to be u attitude, and find out no manager. Had to run all the way back to store and get new one made, on their mistake. Didn't offer anything for inconvenience. What a $hit $show. The service at this location is always so slow. Waited over 20 minutes for an order. By the time I got my cheesesteak it was cold and cheese curds where salty. Didn't even get an apology for waiting so long. Next time I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the Mukwonago location.
