I loved the hairstyle that Ashley did for my wedding! I did a trial with her a month before, and we were able to work together to get it exactly how I wanted it. When I went back for the real thing on the morning of my wedding, she was great and it turned out perfectly. She did a great job of providing her expertise and also showed me how to add in my veil at the right time. My curls withstood the heat throughout the day and it looked beautiful all night long. I would highly recommend having Ashley do your hair on your wedding day!

The esthitician Tracy was amazing! Best facial ever!! The massage was excellent too. Highly recommend!

Got my hair and makeup done for a wedding. Hair was amazing but the makeup was a complete disaster.nThe “makeup artist” did not prime my face, applied foundation with her fingers, the makeup she “had” ran out and had to use other colors rather than having the necessary makeup on hand. I had to ask for her to apply mascara and setting spray. She said “she completely forgot about mascara” and she had no idea what setting spray even was or if they had it. I asked for my eyeliner to not be thick, she applied it thick anyway. When I said it was a little too thick for my comfort she said it would look good in pictures and continued to botch the rest of my face. I redid the makeup after I left the studio.....

Went here to get my makeup done for homecoming. Literally terrible. Foundation was streaky, eyeliner was terrible, eyeshadow was all over and not blended & my eyebrows were terribly filled in. Highlighter was the third thing put on and powder was put over it. No setting spray was used. I showed the lady doing my makeup a reference picture, and the outcome was not even in the same ball park as what I wanted.nMy makeup was done in a cramped, dark room, in which they use a singular lamp for lighting. Mia Faccia has an extreme lack of products to use; they have barely any eyeshadow colors, only one brand of foundation so it’s not going to work for all skin types, and didn’t have a nude lip so I had to settle with a sparkly light pink because that was the closest thing they have to it.nThe lady doing my makeup said she does “theater makeup” and you could tell. Someone who only “knows how” to do theater makeup should not be working at a place like Mia Faccia; especially when this is a place women go to get their wedding makeup done, prom or homecoming, or really anything else.nBefore we payed, I complained about my makeup to the lady checking us out, she took me back to try and fix it as best as she could without completely redoing it, but it still looked terrible.nAlso, when I showed my lady the reference picture, she looked at the girl in the picture and said to me, “wow, don’t you wish you had her lips!?” Like, I don’t know why you think it’s okay to say that to a customer ??nnIn the end, the makeup and whole experience was terrible, and I took all the makeup off as soon as I got home so I didn’t look like a dying praying mantis at homecoming. Never going back.nnSave your time and money and go somewhere else.

Wanted just to get my roots touched up. Kathryn decided on her own to touch them up at least 2 Shades blonder than what the rest of my hair is So the roots look as if nothing was done. Certainly not happy with the outcome. Her explaination was that it’s easier to go from light to dark rather than the reverse. Not what I wanted. Looking like a skunk with a blond stripe down my hair.
