Had my first ever facial at Clear Waters by Celeste and I could not be any happier! So relaxing and such a great experience. Celeste was so great and gave me a ton of good recommendations for my skincare routine. I will definitely be back!

I went to this spa while visiting Lake Geneva. While the 90 minute deep tissue massage I got was delightful, the pedicure was awful! One of my toe nails is crooked and the polish looks like it was painted on by a 2 year old; it has streaks and just looks unprofessional. I also don’t feel like the “spa” pedicure was truly that. I’ve been to hundreds of high end salons all over the world and this spa is just not up to par as it relates to the pedicure. I would highly recommend the massage but I would steer clear if you are looking to get a pedicure.

Exceptional service and care during COVID-19.nnI visited Lake Geneva in July for a weekend of R&R which included a trip to the spa. I stayed a the large resort in town with a very well-known spa. Unfortunately, when I called and checked their COVID-19 provisions, they were not up to state guidance. I went in search of another spa in the area and found Clear Waters Salon and Day Spa in Williams Bay (they also have a location in Lake Geneva).nnA few elements I want to highlight which is why I think so highly of this spa:nn1. The team communicates mask mandate, temperature checks, and other safety precautions during appointment set up and in the reminder call.n2. They care for the safety of their guest AND therapists.n3. Every single person I encountered to was kind, accommodating and warm.n4. Massage therapist Vivivan was fantastic and checked-in often during the service to check my comfort level.n5. Esthetician JR too exceptional care of my brows, she was very friendly and took her time with the service.n6. Nail technician Carter took great care of my nails after many months of shelter in place.nnI walked away feeling cared for with a genuine sense of kindness.nnDespite the fact that I live in downtown Chicago, I will return, they have a customer for life.

I absolutely love this salon. The Williams bay location in particular. I always leave satisfied and feeling like my best self. Tess was so sweet & did an amazing job on my hair & brows. Highly recommend her as well as this location!
