This is the second time I've had them clean my carpets in recent years-- including the all-white bedroom carpet that everyone advised against! -- and my family room carpet where kids and my dear old dog have made to0 much of a mess.nThese guys are amazing-- make it all look brand new. So thorough -- and take their time and do it right. And put everything back exactly in the right place. I recommend them so highly. You might have to wait to get an appointment --but it's worth waiting for Dave.
Dave is very respectful and professional and always does an amazing job on our carpets and has great prices. Our carpets are over 15 years old and he still makes them look nearly new when he is done and they smell great- no overpowering chemical smell. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
Scheduled an appointment and my 80 year old husband moved the furniture out of the room for cleaning. We waited all day and Masters was a no show. We tried calling and recieved no response. A few days later Dave from Masters called and apologized and we rescheduled. We moved the furniture again and again he was a no show. No call, no response, no apology.nNo more business or referrals from us.
Masters Cleaning did a wonderful job on my carpets and Dave is always so polite & proffesional. I recomend them to everyone
