I recently dropped off my son's pants, shirts and sports jacket for cleaning and pressing at their Lake Geneva location. The person working was pleasant and helpful. The laundry was back by that afternoon fresh and ready to go at a very good value. I highly recommend Michael Todd's for your cleaning needs.

They have done an amazing job with every piece of laundry, comforters, military uniforms etc. even when I turned in an item that I forgot was mine they were very gracious in listening to my issue when I did not realize I had turned an item in. It is a long and funny story but they were incredibly accommodating to all my needs! Amazing customer service and great attention to detail!
Always am satisfied with my items
Do not waste your time. Smelly and hot. Leaves door open since there is no a.c. and there are so many bugs. Seems that our clothes were dirtier than when we came there. Lady shut off lights 5 min before close and rushed us out. We will find a different place to spend our money. They do not seem to care for it.
