My son dealt with Jan Avery on a purchase. She was seemingly slow to respond and apparently misleading with her responses to vital inquiries. Definitely look for a different agent.

Tara, Alma, and Dan are tireless in their efforts to help their customers find the perfect home. Christine has extensive knowledge of the Delavan and surrounding area markets and is a keen negotiator.

Horrible experience with Delavan WI location. Please if you can find another agency to help you DO IT! Tara, Christine and the office manager all will lie to stick together rather than to do what is right. All 3 need to take a class of basic customer service! If you have an issue with one person do not bother to reach out to anyone else at that location. Rude, disrespectful and super unprofessional. Make sure anything they say is either in writing or recorded!!

Tyler Meyer is a great Real Estate Agent but Christian Arellano though is bad enough to make me stay far away from this agency.

My recommendation would be to NOT go to Keefe. I had to pull 2 LG properties from Keefe as one of their “top” agents was criticizing the property to prospective buyers because she personally didn’t like the new carpet pattern.nI highly recommend Tyler Meyer with Shorewest and have listed 3 properties with him. Shorewest should acknowledge him as a huge asset to their agency. He has out performed even top agents I’ve hired in past 30 years from other well know agencies. I’ve owned properties in Elgin, Woodstock, Roscoe, Rockton, Geneva National, and Marengo so I’m seasoned in buying and selling real estate.nDM Elgin IL
