Garbage and vacuums are a hit and miss. Most of the time they work and trash isn't overflowing, otherwise vacuums work good and if for some reason there is an issue just call the number posted on the building and they try to get someone out asap. Never had any issues with the car wash.
The basic touchless car wash.
I paid $8 for the deluxe wash and it didn't even get the bugs off the front of my car. I ended up going home and washing by hand. I will not go back.
