just went to this Arby’s for the first time!!! I love to eat healthy and I saw they added a new chicken wrap to their market fresh menu. I ordered the wrap with their new sweet potato fries and a lemonade! The lady taking our order was SO SWEET if I knew her name I would give her a shoutout. Anyways, They finished me, my brother, and my dads order really fast and nothing was incorrect!! And the food was SO good so that’s a plus! I will definitely be coming back 🥰

I don't typically like to right reviews, but as the old adage goes, "if you're doing things right you'll here a lot less than if you're doing it wrong". Well as it may happen showed up for dinner tonight at 7:30 only to be told they were out of roast beef......Roast beef? Really? 90% of the menu is what you're out of? Should have just closed the store and saved the employees the embarrassment. Maybe they could have sent them down to the location on 2700 which took 30 minutes to get their food out, but that's another review. I'm glad to have this new location in the area, but seems pretty unacceptable to be out of your main food item. Hopefully we seem some things change because I see a lot of unhappy reviews.

The food is great. I mean its Arby’s, so naturally it’s awesome. But this location keeps being closed when I drop by. Now I know I’m being a pain when I arrive at five or 10 minutes before the closing time. But I do expect them to be open until their closing time. Not closed 10 minutes early. The last time I arrived a half hour before close, and they were closing. I get it… COVID-19… But it says right on the window 11 and they’re acting like they’re doing me a service by serving at 10:30… Help me out here guys.

I have been here twice. The first time was excellent - food came out quick, was hot, and they actually gave me LOTS of sauce (like I asked for). The second time, the food still came out quick, but it was barely lukewarm. My request for LOTS of sauce was met with 6 sauce packets (for two half pound sandwiches). It's not like the sauce is expensive - if I ask for lots of sauce, give me a good handful of each! Definitely happy to have an Arby's in my city, but hopefully this location's owner is paying attention to these reviews to step it up a bit.

Slowest Arby’s in the country. I’m not even kidding. Took nearly twenty minutes just to get through the drive through line. Multiple employees standing around doing nothing when I got up to the window. They also burnt my waffle fries to a crisp.
