The food isn't bad, but they shorted me two of my burritos. Double check your order before you leave.

Last night the card reader didn't work after we already waited in a line we couldn't get out of for almost 15 min. Tonight we tried to order a nacho party pack and we were told they didn't have enough chips to make one. Who is managing this place. If your' card reader isn't working you put a sign up so people don't get stuck for 15 minutes. Two nights in a row. I don't think I will go back

My girlfriend and I went into taco Bell and waited at the front desk for about 5 minutes with no one acknowledging our presence even though they could clearly see that they were there. After we flagged somebody down they looked at us confused and asked us why are you standing here? We replied that we wanted to order, they rudely said why don't you just use the kiosk to order food. I was not happy with this service so I asked to see the manager. I'm assuming it was just a shift manager because they did not care about what I had to said and he just looked at me confused and had no response. So we just left.

Came here yesterday and today. Yesterday they were out of half their ingredients and couldn't grill anything, today their POS system was down so I couldn't order anything. Its one thing to have one off day now and again, but two days in a row makes me wonder if there's more underlying issues with this location.

Used to be a lot better, now it seems like theres an issue for me at least every time I go there. This last time I ordered three items and only got two and the double wrap crunch tacos are supposed to have cheese between the shells and the one of the two that I actually got didn't hardly have any. Won't be going there much anymore theres too many better places with a menu that doesn't change every week.
