Arby's

I ordered a chicken salad and no lie, it looked like it was shook up and then given to me. I asked the girl if this is what it’s supposed to look like.. she laughs and says they accidentally made it upside down! This was through the drive through. Should have asked for our money back. I wouldn’t eat it because it looked so bad!

Every time I've come through the drive through it's been quick. Food has alway been excellent and never missed any part of my order. Customer service is top notch as well.

Management is terrible. The line us always long, and you can expect about 5 minutes per car. The last time I went I was in line for 10 minutes and only one car had gone through. I turned around and left. You'd be better off driving to the next arbys - you'd still be done faster.

The worst experiences here. Honestly I don’t know why I keep going back. Every time I go I end up missing an item (I know-I should look), but if you’re missing a sandwich, which is usually at the bottom of the bag, it’s hard to pull everything out to check. Then when I get home and find out I’m missing the sandwich and try to call the store-NO ANSWER EVER. And the voicemail is “full”. What a joke! Never again. I’d drive to Ogden before I go here.

Nice. Really appreciated the dry, bland food with nearly nothing on it. It was not fresh. My sandwich was definitely old
