Joel is excellent! He was quick to respond to all of our questions and went above and beyond to get us our dream property! We were out of state buyers and with his knowledge of the area and really listening to what we wanted, we were able to purchase and close within a few weeks! He even gave us great house-warming gifts! Highly recommend Joel for your buying/selling needs!!
