I believe I just had the BEST haircut of my life! I don't want this to sound bad, but Cost Cutters to me is quick and easy, not necessarily a high-end salon - but I got a high-end salon cut today from them! They stylist was Lindsey at the Medford location. She was very friendly, cut my hair how I asked and even went above and beyond with fixing the split ends throughout the whole length of my hair, not just the bottom of it. I am 36 years old and have never had another stylist do this with my hair - It feels AMAZING now and all she did was the cut - no styling product to make it just feel nice until I wash it again. She made it feel nice just from how she cut it! I have long hair and it is so hard to get it to feel soft all the way through, and Lindsey did it without having to cover it up with product. I will definitely request her to cut my hair again next time! Thank you so much Lindsey!

This is the only place I will go. They are patient and friendly. They always listen to what you want. Absolutely love it!

I will never go there again. My hair is chopped so horrible in the back it looks like my 5 yr old grandson cut it. Huge chunks missing not layered just chunks cut out. Worst place I have ever been too. The cut was $16 and I gave a tip also. Never ever ever EVER again. ud83eudd2cud83eudd2cud83eudd2cud83eudd2cud83eudd2c
