As 2 first time home buyers, we were totally clueless where to start or who to call. We got directed to contact Dan at century 21 and I'm so thankful every day that we did! He was so patient with every question that came into our heads and broke everything down to us in a way that just made sense! He is very passionate about his job and worked with us whenever we needed him. Quick response time and very nice. Will refer any one looking to buy a house to him and century 21. Could not be happier!

Very terrible service. They tried pressuring me in to accepting an offer. The agent even told me I was being ridiculous. Very unprofessional. Now they won’t release me from My listing or complete an amendment. Won’t even respond to emails or texts now. Now I’m stuck with them for another year. Don’t make the same mistake I did.nUpdate: Kelly won’t even respond to any of my texts and emails. Completely ignores me but still won’t release me from my listing even though EVERY other realtor in the area would release an unhappy client.

In 2017, Kelly Kleist showed us a home that was well above our budget, however, she worked directly with the seller to restructure the property to fit our own personal needs and budget. In the end, we got exactly what we were looking for. Had she not listened to our needs and just treated us like ANOTHER CLIENT, she would never have known what it was we were looking for OR WHAT WE NEEDED. She LISTENED when we talked and fielded our questions very quickly. We never felt like we were being left to the wolves. She had our back all the way through closing. A few weeks after, she personally visited us to see if there was anything further she could do or if there was any feedback we could share. We were honest with her, sharing just how challenging the whole process was, BUT we were so thankful that everything turned out better than we could ever have expected. Buying a home isn't for the faint of heart, even the second time around. There are so many variables that many other realtors can't account for, however, someone with 10+ years of experience made us feel cared for and knowledgeable, yet not overwhelmed with jargon we didn't fully understand. C21 has your back and their integrity is what matters most. We highly recommend you stop in their office and experience the difference.

Kelly is one of the nicest realators I've ever met! She works well with her customers, even after the sale. It's been 3 years and she still mails out little goodies here and there. She even helped out my parents when they had a bit of a financial situation with their house. She gave them so scenarios they could do to sell it or keep it in the family.
