I had the pleasure of working with Todd Smith of Pleasant View Realty to purchase my first home. There are several reasons that Todd was great to work with. He was always responsive to all of my messages or calls whether I had a simple question or wanted to set up a showing. He also made sure I was well informed about each and every house we looked at (we walked thru roughly 15 houses before finding the right one for me). It is also very apparent that Todd cares about what he is doing. He treats the entire process as if he was in the seller's shoes right along with them which is very reassuring. It wasn't just about selling a house for Todd, but helping me find the perfect first home & I'm very grateful for all of his hard work. It did not go unnoticed. Pleasant View Realty will always be my first recommendation & I HIGHLY recommend working with Todd. You won't be disappointed.

We couldn't be happier having Matt and Nikki as our team! Matt came through our 1929 home and told us what HAD to be fixed, what could be fixed, and what to leave alone. We spent a few months getting things fixed and we called Matt back to get the house listed. It wasn't on the internet more than about 30 minutes before the showing requests started pouring in. The price point suggested was perfect and we had 43 showings in less than 72 hours, and had our accepted offer. It was a difficult closing with delays on both sides. Matt was awesome in guiding us through what was going on and keeping us updated on progress, or lack thereof. We closed a couple of days ago with a profit we are happy with. This is the only house we've ever owned and we were in it for 23 years. The whole home sale process was a first for us, but we got through it wonderfully. I would absolutely recommend working with team Matt Kapellen!!

Absolutely a FANTASTIC team! Matt and Nikki went above and beyond in SO many ways to help us sell our house. From the beginning, I knew we could trust Matt - he’s professional, confident and yet completely down-to-earth. A perfect mix! One touch they did was had signs made for the inside of our house for showings - one that welcomed them into the house and one that welcomed them into the kitchen. Those little touches, their network and their detail oriented personalities are second to none!

It was a pleasure to work with Nikki Kapellen as she navigated the ups and downs on the sale of my parent’s home. I did not live near enough to stop by the house for some things and Nikki was always willing to assist me! She was patient and pleasant through the whole process and I would highly recommend her as a realtor of choice. Also, I wanted to add that when I needed help with decisions, the combined experience of both Nikki and Matt was invaluable – a great team to work with!
