Donna Krueger was great. The home we were looking to buy was a bit of challenge---or the seller was a challenge to say the least. It took some patience and Donna was very helpful and never pushy. The day of the inspection, some 'surprises' were found and Donna was able to get in touch with some contractors to come out and take a look that day. I would certainly recommend Donna at Avenue Real Estate. You won't regret it.

Katy and her team were incredible! Always quick to respond to my families many questions. Her Father is very wise sage man, who helped calm our nerves during a large transaction. They know the area, the people of the community, and there business. I was really impressed!

Our experience with Katy Cain was awful. She was the realtor for the buyers of our home. She didn’t deliver our counter-offer timely and missed so many other documents. Our closing had to be delayed because the bank couldn’t get documents from her on time. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I just had such a bad experience, I don’t want anyone else to have to go through that.

Can I leave negative stars? Please for the love of all that is holy, do not deal with Katy Cain! She absolutely ruined our buying experience. She was the sellers agent (listing agent) for a house we wanted. First of all, Katy either doesn't have a cell phone or doesn't know how to use one. SHE NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!! It will take her days to get back to my realtor. Every offer we put in, every piece of paperwork, the deadline was missed. Buying our house was a living nightmare and very stressful because of this horrible real estate person. Thank God the sellers were a friend of a friend. I talked to the sellers directly and found out they were misinformed or not informed at all about several key items. Katy should not have gotten one cent as a commission from this, I as the buyer did more work with the sellers than she did. She is an absolute joke! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, do not even look at a home that is listed by Katy Cain! You will thank me later!
