I keep giving this place chances but if you’re looking to get anything modern or semi complex get it done somewhere professionally. The workers are nice but they lack the skills for many different styles.

Kelly, avoid her, she chopped up sections of my wife's long hair 4 to 5 inches off side and 6 inches out of back. She had gone in for a trim on the ends. Now hair is butchered and will take a year or more before it grows out. She has other bad reviews and should be fired. Her license should be revoked. No excuse for what she did .

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I've been there twice for an eyebrow waxing, just to clean them up, and they've made them way too thin both times. If I wanted them shaped, I would have said that. Won't be back.
