They don't care about conflicts between tenants. They put people in their apartments that dont have jobs, 4 kids and 2 adults in a two bedroom apartment. Also my downstairs neighbors call me names. They never answer their phones or text messages. Never fix anything (like my leaking roof after 3 months of hounding them). They don't care if the police are called because my downstairs neighbors are harassing me and my family. They just don't care. I would not recommend renting from them. Very unprofessional.nnOh and its been a month and 8 days and I have not seen or heard about my security deposit.
