DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! Rented from them at their Neenah location. The apartment was full of black mold in the bathroom and my bedroom. They blamed it on not using exhaust fan while showering which we did EVERY time we showered,nalso window frames covered in it. Water damage to ceiling in my room prior to moving in, ceiling was bowing. charging us for not returning keys which were on counter when we moved out. Never fixed anything like they said they would and will deny it because it's not on record when we were told to contact our on site manager directly about any problems. Place is a joke and ran by a bunch of slum lords.
