DO NOT RENT! THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY BROKE THE LAW AND WILL NOT RETURN OUR DEPOSIT MONEY!. This company had my fiancé fill out an rental application along with the $600.00 deposit and left the bottom portion on the application about the property blank This is against the law because a portion of the utilities were not included in the rent (Admin code 134.04).She left it in the drop box because the property manager (Josh)is never available. Then he filled in the information after she had signed it. Again illegal (US code 1324c). After she was approved and went to sign the lease found out things were not included and did not sign with them. Now they refuse to return our deposit. When I spoke with Michelle in the main office she told me it was our responsibility to know that because it is on thier website. Im sorry the law says different.
