Stay away from Shorewest at all costs. Our realtor Rita G was extremely unhelpful, often not returning our calls after days. She actually yelled at my husband over the phone. Spoke to the manager Rick about her and all he said was he was surprised because she has such fantastic reviews. Once again, not helpful to us that she had good reviews. I would avoid using this office due to lack of communication and overall poor customer service. There are several other real estate companies that are in the area and are local companies that give good customer service and care about complaints.

Went to this location for closing on our new house. Our agent, Amanda Belonger, was tremendous. She was great with everything from start to finish. She helped us find our dream home and was always available no matter the day or time. Gretchen Tillman helped us with our mortgage and I cannot say enough good things about her either. If anyone is looking for a house in this area and needs a mortgage, I would highly suggest both of these young ladies!

Rita Gast and Steve Hammer have always went above and beyond for not only myself but my family as well. They really know how to market and sell your house for a great price and help you getting into a new one for a great price.
