Gen 3 Plumbing provided excellent and professional services. They cleaned up after the repairs and had me check their work before the let. They were very polite and respectful of our home. Would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!!!
Jeremy came to my shop and spent extensive time analysing the complexity of the plumbing and the gas that needs to be replaced, serviced and installed. He was nothing short of amazing and i wish we had met him years earlier! Thank you for making my cafe dreams come to fruition. :)
Super friendly! Excellent service! Arrived on time, did the thing, fixed the problem, and on their way they went. Haven't had to call back yet! Unlike the other place I called and came the 1st time. Loved Gen3!
DONT USE THEM. RIP OFF. My 70 yr old mom called them for a water heater repair. They showed up and charged her $100. and told her they dont repair GE brand. Why couldnt they tell her that on the phone. What plumber only does certain brands? Or at least tell them on the phone. Not juat show up and charge 100 to do nothing.
We had Gen3 do a Kohler re-install for us. The experience at Gen3 from start to finish was exceptional. Customer service and communications direct from owner was fast and on-time. They are Kohler experts. Scott did the work and was fast and knowledgeable. We have an entire house of Kohler fixtures and I would only use Gen3 to service and upgrade when needed. I would highly recommend.
