I had a horrible experience at youngs cleaners, I took a shirt in to be shortened the young lady pinned it and when I got it back it was too short to even wear with the pants that the shirt was bought with and the manager wouldn't even try to compromise with me in any way I was very disappointed and I just took a loss because I had to donate the shirt I didn't feel valued as a customer at all that's not a good way to keep business
