Magikist Carpet Cleaning

Magikist recently did a whole house carpet cleaning for me along with tile and grout cleaning. Lonn did a fantastic job! Big stains completely removed! I would highly recommend Magikist to anyone!

I had Magikist come in and clean my Bathroom and Kitchen tile. I cannot believe how well it came out. It looks absolutely brand new! The technician who came out was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable! I cannot wait to have them back in April to clean my carpeting through out my house. You cannot beat their prices, quality of work and professionalism. Do not hesitate to have them come and do some tile cleaning for you.

This company is just fabulous to work with! The Magikist staff offers outstanding customer service and their technicians are courteous and professional. Just like your doctor's office they will call the day before you are scheduled for service to confirm your appointment. The technician does a walk through with you once onsite so there isn't any misunderstandings in the service that is going to be provided and to ensure any problem areas are addressed. Not to mention, the price they quoted me over the phone site unseen was remarkably close to the final price which was very reasonable I must say. I just love everything about them!

I have hand woven area rugs in my home and was uncertain of who to use for having them cleaned. I knew enough that they shouldn't be cleaned in my home. I had a friend refer me to Magikist, they told me that Magikist would come out to my house, pick the rugs up and deliver them back to me. When I called over there, the person who answered the phone was really cheerful and eager to help me. I had a bunch of questions and she was able to provide me with very informative answers which made me really comfortable moving forward with scheduling an appointment. She was able to set up a time that fit into my schedule and told me to expect a confirmation call the day before the appointment. She also told me they call 15 minutes prior to their arrival on the day of the job. Much to my delight, both of these happened just as she explained they would. When Jeromy arrived at my house, he insisted on putting shoe covers over his shoes and was very polite. He asked to see all the rugs I would like to have cleaned and asked if I had specific concerns about each of the rugs. Jeromy got down on his hands and knees and really looked at my rugs. He and was able to tell me things about them that I never knew! (which was neat for me because a few of them were passed down to me from my parents.) Jeromy and his helper took the time to shift furniture and carefully removed the rugs from my home. He made some repair recommendations that I took his advice on and told me that we would be able to set a delivery date up after he further assessed how long the repairs would take. He took my rugs and told me he would be calling me later that day. He did call me as promised to set a delivery for two weeks later. When the rugs came back to me I was overwhelmed with joy. They looked better than I could have ever imagined! I am a Jeromy has made me a customer for life! I will tell all my friends and family about them.Great Company!
