Tim Herr is the best landlord we have ever had. Super kind, and friendly, and has attended to every request immediately and I mean within an hour. Our property, as all his others are beautifully maintained, and well kept. He rents to quality people, and is an all around great person. Tim has been patient, and understanding with us when needed. We are looking forward to our continued residency here, hopefully for many years.

I have had a great experience! The landlord is very nice and willing to work with you. The apartment building I am currently at is well kept and has a friendly environment. I highly recommend renting from Mr. Herr!

I lived in these apartments for almost a year, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for awesome value, a quiet community, and a wonderful landlord. Tim Herr maintains the property well, and will quickly resolve any questions or concerns you have. The price for rent is average for that area, and if I ever needed to go back, I would choose midtown manor as my complex of choice.

If you are looking for a friendly easy to approach landlord who stands by his word, Herr Rentals is the way to go. He has integrity, honesty and is willing to work with you. He keeps his units clean and updated. I would recommend Herr Rentals to anyone looking to rent.

I rent a side by side duplex from Tim, the landlord. He is a really nice, fair and flexible man. My place is really nice, and Oostburg is a nice area. I highly recommend.
