Our heat went out, and Eberhardt was the company our home warranty gave to us. They said someone would call me within 24 hours. I ended up getting a call within the first hour. He scheduled something for me earlier the next morning. The technician came early! He had to get a specific part, and then came back later to fix it. It wasnt even 24 hours from the time of my initial call and my furnace was totally fixed. Amazing!!!
Had a big job by replacing water supply line from curb into the basement. In and out quick and minimal damage to yard which was a necessity to complete the work.
It was an awful experience. Got an estimate on how much it would cost. Way more than what I thought. Got my Bill's 3 months after they fixed everything. Also thought they overly priced me! Had to keep calling since they never answered my phone calls.
Dan was fantastic to work with! Between issues with the home warranty company and me getting stuck at work at the last minute, Dan was flexible and accommodating. When he arrived to complete the work on my air conditioner, a serious storm blew in which he worked straight through. I cannot praise this company enough. Would give 10 stars if I could!
The service was fast and friendly. Dan our HVAC Technician was a true professional and was able to get our Central A/C up and running in one visit! Impressed overall by the Owner, Jim and Dan! WOW! Fantastic!
