I always come here to get my nails done! It’s not hard to get in by appointment. Usually you can call and get in the same day. They also welcome walk-Ins. Very nice and friendly service. Very high quality. I recommend to all of my friends and family.
I decided to go here because of ratings and regret it. I feel like the gentleman who did my nails was ready to go home, and just took me in for business and not caring for a reoccurring customer. Which Is ok since I won’t go back. Product was left around some of my skin, and when I asked about filling in areas that I thought needed the fill he and his wife made it seem I was just asking for too much. If I offer a service I’m going to give the best of myself to keep my client happy with the results not just for sales. But I guess not everyone works like that.
It was my first entering Vivians Nails, and I must say it caught me by surprise, I've heard many negative remarks about this nail salon, I strongly disagree. They staff was very nice and patient! The nail technician was excellent! They made me feel comfortable and that isn't easy to come by as a Native 3in a Shawano store. I'll definitely be going back!
First nail place in Shawano my gf tried. They guy did her acrylic nails so thick she had to come home and reshape them herself. They were kind of rude as well. Will never be going back there!!!
Did such an amazing job. Cant wait to go back
