Casino is clean and workers are friendly

My husband won a one night stay, 10 dollar meal credit, 10 dollar play credit, and a round of golf for two people. We understand that right now things are a little different because of COVID but some of our complaints are legitimate.nnOur room was comfortable. We had a king size bed and slept great. However... we were missing pretty basic necessities like Kleenex. Thankfully I brought some because I have a cold. The front desk told me they don’t provide Kleenex. Something else we thought we’d have was toiletries. There was no shampoo or conditioner and the body soap was mounted to the wall of the shower. I thought I was in a campground bathroom.nnStaff was not friendly. We obviously have to play with masks on right now, which we complied with. The night before I had been on the casino floor for about 2 hours with no issues regarding my mask but the next morning it wasn’t appropriate. I have a clear face mask that accommodates my asthma, when I honestly don’t need to wear one at all. If I were a paying customer I would have left but we had a bunch of free stuff we wanted to use.nnWe had a 10 dollar food credit so we went to the one restaurant where the attendant was rude. A cute little elderly couple came in and asked for some water. She rolled her eyes and told them she doesn’t know when the beverage cart would come back. So this little old woman who had to have been 80 went all the way to the bar for two waters. The food was ok though. Not stellar but ok.nnOverall not super impressed. I definitely wouldn’t pay to go back there.

They took out the table games unfortunately and now its just not the same anymore. I won't be going back until something drastic changes, either they get better freeplays or better weekly promos or else they lost a customer and probably will lose many more I dont understand why they would do that when all the other casinos around in Wisconsin pretty much still have there's they just have barriers for covid, just seems silly to me.

Temperature check when you get in there ( which I get) but you have to have a mask, no face shield, they didn't clean anything after someone was touching the machine's, waitstaff walking around check to make sure their hair looked good in a mirror.. Not very good

Would have been more pleasant if the machines weren't set to.....take all the money setting. Not very enjoyable being there a short time, and bam the money is gone.
