On April 1st, I had a plumbing issue that I needed resolved by a plumber. I contacted this company, they were able to come out that day, within a couple hours in fact. Job done.nThe following day, I find out that the plumbers wife was diagnosed with the COVID19 virus, and that he and his wife had recently gone on a cruise and failed to follow recommended guidelines and self quarantine. Instead, he exposed many people to the virus. Come to time out on April 5th, the plumber himself tested positive for the virus leaving me and my family exposed, and per the Shawano CO/Menominee Health Dept, I and my family were to self quarantine.nThis plumber yes, did his job, but he was an irresponsible business owner as he exposed multiple people to a highly contagious virus. He cost my family and myself money due to having to self quarantine ...I called. I requested a refund. All I got was a lame apology.nIrresponsible business owner.
