Went the other day with my boys and accidently locked them inside while I was vacuuming! Fortunately it was cooler weather but I had no idea what to do (phone was inside too). The attendee, John, came right over and worked his magic with a hanger and was able to unlock it for me. So grateful for their customer service!
Quick quack car wash in riverdale is the best car wash I’ve ever been to! I’m a car person and I make sure my car is always taken care of. No car wash was ever worthy enough (to me) for me to ever feel like I had to get a membership, but riverdale quick quack I couldn’t say no to. Not only do they have the best most helpful employees there, they also have the best management thanks to Logan! He has that place in order and it shows with its steady flowing happy customers. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a quality wash with no hassle.
I arrived at seven when it says they open. Sat in my car and ate breakfast approximately twenty minutes. Still nobody here
Employees are always super nice.. I have been using Quick Quack since purchasing my vehicle in May. Yesterday after going through the car wash I pulled around to vacuum and as I'm detailing my dash I see my low pressure tire warning sign come on. I go to my tire and can hear air hissing out. I almost didn't make it home. My boyfriend changed my tire when we arrived home and there was a piece of metal that punctured my tire when I went through the car wash.. I canceled my $29.99 monthly membership today and after explaining what happened in the email to Customer Service, they had no care in my horrible experience.
I've been using Quick Quack Car Wash Riverdale location since y'all opened. I must say that since my last post, things have improved greatly. QQCW will always be my car wash of choice. Pay a little more for the best service, to me its worth it. My car seems like it is always clean.
