Shrunk my stuff. I took it to dry clean I think they washed it and ironed it. Disappointed.
I have been taking many items to our local gas station and this laundry/dry cleaning service takes it and brings it back since we do not live nearby. I had our feather bed, many down pillows and a couple down blankets cleaned. Everything was great and very reasonably priced. They even called me to make sure I know the price or the feather bed. My latest drop off was 4 24x24 pillows that were regular fabric and cotton inside. I was charged $60 and no one ever called me to tell me it would be $15 a piece. I had only been charged $6 for my last big pillows. Then when I went to pick them up one was very damp and one smells like cleaner. I was so happy to have found a place for our family to take our dry cleaning to, but now I am unhappy. I even talked to them and she said they could offer only $5 off. I am very disappointed in this customer service and will not go back. It really sucks because our extended family use this service and now they are hesitant.
So clean. You get hot water if you choose that setting.
I like this place over other laundrymats in Hayward. Ive only had problems once with the machine not working. I called the number on the wall and they gave me back my money.
