This place is so amazing i got what i want and they are flexible on times and i definitely recommend it 10/10
I have used this business multiple times and they do a very good job. However I find it extremely frustrating trying to reach them to make my appointments. Either the phone is busy or the phone rings and rings forever. Today I called and after about 12 rings someone picked up and just left the phone off the hook for over 115 minutes and nobody ever responded to my yelling for help. I finally just gave up. I find this extremely rude. Get an answering machine or answer your phones. I live over 23 miles away and I can’t just drive in make my appointments
Great quality. I'm very pleased with my gel nails and gel polish. Prices are very reasonable.
It was fast, she was pleasant. It was cheaper then when I go in FL. I'd go back
I called to ask if I could get an appointment for a fill and was told yes. We agreed on a time but before I could give my name I was hung up on. I then arrived at the designated time, assuming a spot had been held for me, since we had agreed on a time and I was told to come at that time and I would be helped. I was disappointed to be turned away at the door because “no one had time”. I’m not sure what the point of calling to schedule an appointment was if they clearly do not uphold them. I’m sorry to say that I do recommend going here.
