The whole crew is awesome , we had a water heater that failed on a rental on a Saturday and they came and replaced it almost immediately. I have used them in the past for some odds and ends and every time , they have been great. The office personnel is also very helpful and professional. All around a GREAT company.
I called Top Tier when we lost water pressure. After the problem was diagnosed, they had a few guys out to fix the problem the next day. I appreciated that they showed me the problem with the old pump and had a new pump installed within a few hours. They were very polite and did a very thorough job of cleaning up before they left. The office support was very efficient and timely too in returning calls and emails, sending email service appointment reminders, and the reminder even had a photo of who would be coming to my home. I highly recommend Top Tier for your plumbing and well needs.
My wife and I recently built our dream home. We can't say enough good things about the Top Tier Team. Megan is incredibly organized and on the ball. I was so impressed with how she put together everything on our project. On the install side Tim and team went above and beyond! Everything turned out just like it should. Top Tier Plumbing is just what the name says TOP TIER!! They by far were the best business we worked with on our home!
