As described, quiet and secluded, place is dog friendly which is why we picked it. FYI there is a steep hill leading to the cabin so have to be careful when backing out when leaving. There are a couple of outdoor lights but if you have a dog and take them out at night I suggest bringing a good flashlight with as you are in the woods and once the sun goes down it is super dark. Place does provide: cooking utensils, silverware, cuttery, plates, bowls, glass, cups, stove, microwave, toaster, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, extra blankets, card table and 6 chairs, ironing board and iron, DVD player and dvds. It has 2 bedrooms on the main floor and another bed up stairs loft. I would return again. The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is when we were staying you can hear an animal I’m thinking a squirrel scratching in the walls and in the ceiling as well as screeching and running around. You hear it in the morning and then as evening approached so had a hard time sleeping. Not sure if others had same problem. Did fill out a questionnaire and wrote about it so they could be aware.

Peaceful Pines Log Cabin Wisconsin Dells. Very nicely built log cabin. It was totally relaxing. So many windows it feels like you are in a treehouse. The property is technically on Mirror lake, I guess, but it is a tiny bay jutting off the lake. There is a small pier to get out on the water. You cannot really see the lake from the property. The water at the property doesn’t appear to be suitable for swimming. The beds are comfortable but the one in the master bedroom was very squeaky. It is nice that the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Pans, plates, glasses, silverware, etc...
