Everything these days seems to be online, so why not your realtor too. No need for an actually office building when your realtor comes to you anyway. Totally makes sense and the realtors are super experienced as well!

We couldn't be happier with the customer service, communication, and attention to detail that we experienced with this Realty Co. when selling our Baraboo home. We highly recommend Judy Weiland for your real estate needs. Judy made our sale go very smooth and took care of every detail along the way. Thank you Judy and Great Day!

I was ecstatic to purchase my first home in Baraboo in July 2019. Days before closing and moving in, my realtor contacted me stating there were 'issues' and the seller's realtor Rhonda Telvick from Great Day neglected to inform us the seller had significant moneys issues and legal entanglements still involved with the house. It seemed she didnt know how much trouble the seller was in, either. I was assured it would be worked out. Being that I had no place to stay, I was allowed to move in prior to closing and the closing would be delayed a few weeks. Well, a few weeks turned to a month. A month turned into months. During those months, Rhonda was difficult to communicate with and we could not count on her to get us the information we needed to help possibly rectify the situation. My realtor and I also did some digging and found the home was set to auction on 1/7/2020. I did not have the financial means to make an offer in the fashion the county seeks to keep the house.nnA decision was made mid December.nn6 months later..today..I had an accepted offer for a different home. After 6 months of some light painting, some significant cleaning, and heavy yardwork, I have to leave the house, community, and region I fell in love with. It is my understanding Rhonda is going to a different realty agency. I feel Rhonda decided to 'check out' towards the end of the year and she wasnt interested in helping the situation. It's real heart breaking. Had Rhonda done her homework (than again, maybe she did know and didnt tell us?) and told us exactly what was taking place, I wouldn't have moved in only to walk away with a broken heart.nn**update** At the county auction for the home, nobody bid on the home, with the starting bid significantly below my offer. My realtor made some calls and per my realtor, Rhonda stated that if I was still under contract we could do something. Today's date:1/7/2020. The contract expired 12/31/2019. I'm furious, at this point.nnRegardless, I would avoid Rhonda Telvick as a reality agent. I would give zero stars, if I could. I feel both the previous owner and Ronda were not happy with price they agreed on, and wanted more $ for the home by either forcing me to pay a higher amount (adding the seller's outstanding debt to the agreed upon price of the home) to keep the house, or hope I move on and they'd find someone willing to pay well beyond the appraised value of the home.nRhonda Telvick is in my opinion negligent, lazy, ignorant, unprofessional, and does not care.

They have a wide variety of items, which is good for picky eaters. The hot food could have been hotter. Some, of the chicken was ice cold
